Today we have
Raw
Baby Spinach with 2 boiled eggs, sharp cheddar cheese and boiled
chicken. It is seasoned with crushed red peppers, Vinegar, black peppers
and onions. I don't know the nutrition values but I do know it is ten times healthier than what I use to eat.
