I just scooped up some new running shoes,
NIKE REAX RUN 6
This is my first pair of running shoes so I must say when i went to the store i had no idea what makes a good running shoe. So with little knowledge I had to just use my common sense, here is what I was looking for in a good shoe.- Comfort
I don't know if these shoes are a "WIDE" but they feel great. one thing that all most made me decide not to go with this shoe was the heal part.
COMPANIES THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT ! Shoppers take online reviews very serious
As I was deciding on a shoe I will admit name brands play a big part in shopping but for most it is no longer enough. With infinite information at our finger tips I pulled out my phone and started reading . The NIKE SHOX from what I here was more hype than anything, most of the reviews I read people were saying they hurt their feet and some went as far as to say they would not try NIKE for awhile, and they were much happier with New Balance. What a bummer, I really wanted to like these REAX. I decided to dig deeper and look up actual reviews and this make and model so I did and I heard some pretty good reviews. Ok this shoe seams to address the discomfort runners felt with the SHOX but i still had a concern with the heal. I am a big guy and I know from previous encounters with airbag shoes or any "modifided heal for comfort or support; after awhile of wearing them I would bus the airbag or my shoes would start to make this embarrassing squeak every time I walked, so this was a big concern of mine, but not enough for me to say flat out no.
Now I know these are just running shoes but I will wear them from time to time as a daily wear shoe so i need something with a little style. I wanted the black and blue but they did not have my style so My second choice was the grey/ yellowish, green wish don't look that bad at all.
- A shoe that stays cool
This is not a review per say, since I have not worked out in them yet but look for a review in about a week.
