My short term goal is to lose 100 lbs in 4 months, I know this seams impossible, and crazy but it is doable. My weight goal is around 250 lbs., but to be honest the number on the scale is not my main focus. My goals are...

- get down to at least a 42 - 40 inch waist current waist is 48 - 50
- complete a Triathlon or marathon in 2013( i.e. Livestrong )
- Get my BMI to at least 20
- build muscle to get some body definition, chest and abs
- find sponsorship
Long term goal(s)
- maintain weight loss
- compete in Triathlons , Marathons each year and place higher than previous year.
- Start a non-profit that focuses and weight loss and healthy living.
- find corporate sponsors to help maintain non-profit
