I eat this all most everyday, it's cheap and supper easy to make.
Get some boneless chicken thighs are Brest, I am using thighs but prefer Brest. Season to your taste, these are the ingredients I used, the only thing not pictured is the thyme and rosemary.
add some heat and stir, I also forgot I threw in some eggs to boil in a second pot.
Once it's done grab some baby spinach and put in a scoop or two of meat then sprinkle on a little vinegar, (VINEGAR is said to have fat burning characteristics )
Once again I don't know the calorie count but it can't be that bad at all.
