OxyElite Pro

WHATS IN YOUR SUPPLEMENT
OxyElite Pro

The Secret Ingredients Behind OxyELITE Pro's Massive Weight Loss Success!
USP Labs has become known for their innovation, dedication, and perfection of premium-grade herbal extracts that cannot be found anywhere else. And OxyELITE Pro is no exception.
Pharmacist formulated, OxyELITE Pro isn't just another "high stim" formula on the market. USP Labs set out to develop a stimulant based "Super Thermogenic™" that actually burns the right kind of fat...as in, the subcutaneous fat that covers your muscles and not the visceral fat that protects your organs. This is a important distinction to make when selecting ingredients, as many weight loss formulas contain ingredients that target the wrong kind of fat (visceral).
But not OxyELITE Pro. This formula specifically targets the subcutaneous fat that covers your muscles. And they accomplished this by identifying a very unique extract that actually turns off the very receptor that prevents your body from releasing stored, subcutaneous fat in the first place!

OxyElite pro is one of the top supplements pushed when you go to any supplement store.  Lets take a look at the ingredients to see if OxyElite pro can help with weight loss or if this is one we should pass up.

Whats in your supplements?

I have recently been searching for supplements to improve my workouts and a lot have changed since my last bout with weight loss back in 2007. I know for a fact I bought into the whole craze hook line and sinker, I had cabinets full of all kind of pre workouts, post workouts, pills for this shakes for that etc... I remember one day getting ready for the gym and my little girl asked was I trying to kill my self? I looked at her puzzled and asked why  would you ask that and she said why are you taking all of those pills?  I opened up my hand and looked at the mountain of pills I was taking and I counted 19 pills.

Do supplements work? Yes and No. Some supplements do provide key components your body can use to perform and recover better, but then there are companies that saw the lucrative loosely regulated  cash cow the industry had become and simply started cranking out products with little to no actual benefits at all.  If you are in the market for supplements and don't want to waist money on modern day snake oil; the best defenses is to get informed and do some research.

I plan to take one supplement a week and dissect it, no I will not personally take each supplement and test it but there is enough info and data online for us to make a informed decision. Since My main goal is weight loss i think weight loss supplements will be the first one I tackle.

Every Diet Is Not For Everyone

Saturday I started the lemonade diet, let me tell you it was the worst thing that could have happened to my weight loss journey. Instead of detoxing it made me sick as a dog, well maybe i was detoxing. I got sick as hell and gained 5 pounds by not being able to get rid of all the water I was taking in. I was so sick, weak and frustrated I could not even go workout. I decided to abandon my lemonaide diet on the second day and was so hungry I ate some bad bad food fucking up all my hard work and adding on 2 more pounds. I am just now getting back in the right mind set to start working out again. I Dont say the lemonade diet is wrong or bad, it just wasnt right for me at this time. I think once i get to my desired weight I might try it again to see if I could shed some tucked away water weight.

  2. Method Man and Redman - Da Rockwilder
  3. Flux Pavilon I can't stop

my attitude about food now.

Since I started my weight loss journey I have been looking at food differently, I am more mindful of what I put into my body to the point where I look at calories as toxic. and when ever I eat anything I feel real guilty. I have no clue on what to eat and how much I should eat. I need a dietitian ASAP before

The Joys of running

I have been working out for 1 week now and I feel great. I started at 377 and I am now at 363. I am impressed but I know my workouts could be better. Surprising to me my favorite workout is jogging. My post are normaly real long with some background info but i will try to keep this one real short. My first time hitting the treadmill I walked/jogged for 30 minutes, 5 minute cool down for 1.75 miles. Now I could have easily walked for another 30 minutes but i got bored and stopped.

A little more than I wanted to share

Hello everyone, I am so happy to be here and thrilled about my new lifestyle choice to get fit. I have two huge goals that I am working on and in my opinion I am doing real good scale number wise, but I could be doing a whole lot better.

Let me stop for a second, hit rewind and give you all some background information. I am 33, father of 3 beautiful, bad, little girls ages 8, 7, and 6 who think I am the best thing since slice bread, I have not been the best father at all do to not being able to hold down a job and just bad decisions in life. Do to their mom and my self being young and dumb when we decided to have kids we had no steady foundation, a lot of play in us still and just plain ole lack of dealing with responsibilities lead to countless broken leases from not being able to pay rent, repossessions, my oldest at 6 being in 3 different schools in 3 different counties, Homelessness, sleeping in cars, and the list goes on...

Sponsor me

I am looking for sponsorship as I take this journey from a morbidly obese 33 year old male clocking in at 377 lbs.  To a healthier and  fit new lifestyle. Sponsorship can be in the form of dietary supplements, fitness clothing and accessories,  gym memberships, and last but not least monetary sponsorship.

Me after a 2.5 mile jog on the treadmill at Golds Gym, over 500 calories burned. I am so enjoying my 7 day free trial

NIKE REAX RUN 6 review

In my previous post I told you about my new running shoe purchase,  Well here is the review.

When I first tried on the shoe I was impressed with the fit and feel. I have a wide foot and have never had a pair of new shoes that did not hurt my feet a little. Usally after a week or two after my feet has had time to stretch the shoe it would not hurt as much or it could be I just got use to the pain. With the NIKE REAX the shoe went on with no problems or discomfort.

Whats for dinner ?

Today I went to go eat at one of my favorite places, GENGHIS GRILL. If you have never been this is one place you defiantly need to try. Since I only ate a bowl of grits seasoned with black pepper and 4 Gram crackers for a snack.

I did not feel guilty treating my self to this

This is chicken, steak, shrimp, and scallops with broccoli, spinach, onions, crushed red peppers, eggs and brown rice. It clocks in at around 1200 calories plus my grits and crackers I would say my total intake for the day was around 1600. For a guy my size that isn't bad at all but I still want to get better and drop it to like 1200 total.

This is not a review for GENGHIS GRILL but I can't help but say it again if you have never been give them a shot and tell them I sent you.

New kicks

I just scooped up some new running shoes,

NIKE REAX RUN 6
This is my first pair of running shoes so I must say when i went to the store i had no idea what makes a good running shoe. So with little knowledge I had to just use my common sense, here is what I was looking for in a good shoe.

  • Comfort
First and far most the shoe must be comfortable. If I plan to work out in this shoe and  even run in it comfort is a must. Me being 372lbs. and having a wide foot makes finding a comfortable shoe even harder. Before I got these NIKE A pair of work boots was my daily wear, that may sound bad but before that I was wearing a pair of shoes that was so bad and needed to be thrown a way that I now have a permanent numb/dead spot on my right foot that I am hoping is nothing to serious.

I don't know if these shoes are a "WIDE" but they feel great. one thing that all most made me decide not to go with this shoe was the heal part.
COMPANIES THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT ! Shoppers take online reviews very serious
As I was deciding on a shoe I will admit name brands play a big part in shopping but for most it is no longer enough. With infinite information at our finger tips I pulled out my phone and started  reading . The NIKE SHOX from what I here was more hype than anything, most of the reviews I read people were saying they hurt their feet and some went as far as to say they would not try NIKE for awhile, and they were much happier with New Balance. What a bummer, I really wanted to like these REAX. I decided to dig deeper and look up actual reviews and this make and model so I did and I heard some pretty good reviews. Ok this shoe seams to address the discomfort runners felt with the SHOX but i still had a concern with the heal. I am a big guy and I know from previous encounters with airbag shoes or any "modifided heal for comfort or support; after awhile of wearing them I would bus the airbag or my shoes would start to make this embarrassing squeak every time I walked, so this was a big concern of mine, but not enough for me to say flat out no.

  • Style
Now I know these are just running shoes but I will wear them from time to time as a daily wear shoe so i need something with a little style. I wanted the black and blue but they did not have my style  so My second choice was the grey/ yellowish, green wish don't look that bad at all.

  •  A shoe that stays cool
I like the mesh on the REAX they had a bunch of other running shoes without mesh and i know after awhile of working out and running being able to get a refreshing cool breeze on your toes every now and then would be real refreshing.

This is not a review per say, since I have not worked out in them yet but look for a review in about a week.

The scale is a lie

I forgot to do a weigh in pic when I started this so I decided to do one today and instead of the scale reading 377lbs. it read
A 5 lbs weight lost in 2 days?

Day 1 recap

Today, well yesterday was the first day of my weight loss journey and if I had to grade it on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 4. I spent most of my day researching stuff online and signing up for different sites and getting apps. My diet was ok, I think I ate around 1700 calories, 200 over the max I want to consume but still way under half of what I normally would inhale.
