my attitude about food now.

Since I started my weight loss journey I have been looking at food differently, I am more mindful of what I put into my body to the point where I look at calories as toxic. and when ever I eat anything I feel real guilty. I have no clue on what to eat and how much I should eat. I need a dietitian ASAP before
I damage some vital organs. My current "girlfriend is over weight and looks like she has no desire to change it. I think that is sad but I respect her choice. The problem I am having now though is watching her eat and her attitude towards food. I think she loves food a little to much. I mean it's kind of hard to explain but trust me she puts to much time and emphasis on food. We could be eating almost the same thing and she wants to taste mine, try my sauce, dip this in that etc.. she even gets mad when i don't want to taste something. The kicker is she knows I am on a weight loss mission and I think she is trying to sabotage me, not intentionally but sub-consciously. She always suggest we go eat some fast junk food, she even gets not mad, but pissed when I don't want to taste something she is eating. No I don't want a bite of your doughnut, or a sip of your powder sugar liquid cup cake sundae delight. OK, I just made that last one up but you get the point.

Another thing I want to mention about food is there are not a lot of healthy fast food options out there when you are on the go.  The other day I forgot to eat before I left the house and around 11 the hunger just hit me. Most times when I am out and about and  I want to eating something light and healthy I think of Subway. Today I didn't really feel like a sub and I just don't do the drive thru salad thing. So after about a hour of running errands and deciding on where to eat I picked Subway, they won by default. I wanted to try the new advertised avocado option for subs, I get there start placing my order and saw this.

Do you see the discoloration? this is from the workers instead of cleaning the container out when it runs low then adding new Avocado they simply pile the new in to the old. this totally turned me off and it will make going back to subway real hard.
